. the majority of them are in baltimore county. there are some in baltimore city. we're continuing to work the phones with them. we'll keep you posted. at the peak of the storm more than 24,000 people were without electricity. there were reports this morning of flash flooding around the area. abc 2 news' sherree johnson joins us live this morning from south point, an area that is experiencing flooding. >>reporter: well, we're here in felds point. right now all is quiet, no flooding right now, but yesterday was a different scene. they saw high winds, heavy rain, lots of flooding, thousands of people without power. and take a look at this video here, a viewer shot this video on youtube. and you can see -- this is in the felds point area, you can see flooding towards the inlet, you can see cars driving through high standing flood waters there, making their way, car horns going off there. it's amazing that car didn't get stuck going through all of that water, and also near camden yards at the hilton guests got a big surprise when the water proved too much for the ceilings to hold. firefighter

baltimore. baltimore third line, 3.25 inches of rain. it poured there yesterday. especially around the key bridge. ocean city too with over four inches of rain. take a look at your beach forecast coming up in a couple of minutes. but it has been pretty soggy out there ocean city. here's a look at storm 4 radar. light showers right now. around annapolis, maryland, fairfax, shifting to the east. leesburg a little wet. i-66 wet weather too. then you'll notice the little areas that are a little darker here around winchester, scattered, moderate rain as well as around petersburg. up around morgantown and some pockets there, clusters of thunderstorms. lightning but i'm still not expecting any severe thunderstorms for our area and that means we're not going to be looking at any high winds rushing through this area, just some moderate and heavy rain in spots that could lead to more flooding. northeast wind for us, way cool for us too. 76 degrees, are ronald reagan washington national airport right now forecast for tonight, wake up forecast 75 degrees by 11:00 p.m. heaviest rain for us between 8:
